[6x04] – “Tainted Obligation ” recap October 11, 2009

Ya Shonda Rhimes lo dijo via Twitter, Ellen estaba espectacular en este capitulo. Y es verdad, no es que me sorprendiese de su capacidad interpretativa, ya he dicho mas de una vez que esta mujer es impresionante, pero no podía imaginarme lo bien que ha podido interpretar la trama de su personaje en este capitulo… Este jueves solo ha tenido una audiencia de 13.8 millones de espectadores, pero se comenta que ha sido porque ha habido futbol y otros acontecimientos varios. Pero aun así sigue siendo lider de audiencia en ABC, y demográficamente la más vista.

Para estar en tan avanzadisimo estado de gestación, ya en el blog de los guionistas se comentó que estaba todo el tiempo sentada para descansar y por ejemplo cuando enfocan sus pies, no son los de ella…, ha salido en un total de 11 escenas, ganando esta vez desde nuestro parecer, cuando le dice a Tatcher, que ella le va a dar parte de su hígado, no por él, sino por Lexie… y con esta actuación, esperamos que logre alguna nominación en algún premio, porque esto ya es desesperante…

Shonda Rhimes said last week (via Twitter) that Ellen was amazing on last Thursday episode.  And of course, that was true.

13.8 millions of viewers watched “Tainted Obligation”. It was a low audience, but Grey’s Anatomy is still the first ABC show.

Jenna Bans has told in this week writer’s blog, that Ellen spent almost all the time sitting and restinh, and even when we are watching her feet, we are not watching Ellen’s feet. But, although she was like 8 ½ months pregnant, we could enjoy eleven Ellen’s scenes.

Our favourite: when she makes that awesome speech, and she tells Thatcher that she is going to donate a piece of her liver for Lexie, not for him.

#1. El grupo de amigos se encuentran en Urgencias esperando a que les salga alguna operación.
Alex, Meredith, Izzie and Cristina are waiting for a surgery.

#2. Meredith comenta con Derek, que su padre a sido ingresado y que no es nada bueno
Meredith tells Derek that her father is in the hospital, and it seems something really bad

#3. Cristina y Meredith comentan la situación.
Meredith and Cristina are talking about Thatcher and DNA.

#4. Informan a Meredith que Lexie no es compatible, y que su padre tiene muy dificil conseguir un transplante.
Richard tells Meredith that Lexie can’t donate her liver to his father.

#5. Almuerzo con el grupo
Having lunch together

#6. Lexie le pide a Meredith, que done su hígado
Lexie asks Meredith that she donates her liver.

#7. Ella es la única compatible, pero Tatcher lo rechaza
Meredith offers her liver, but Thatcher doesn’t want it.
